advice on the latist twitter spam tactic (aka favourite spamming / spam)

Lately there is been a spam tactic with the scum on twitter to randomly "favourite" tweets when you look on your profile their blurb has a tinyurl or another shortened url link


























 If your click on it it goes to some stupid website called followersdelivery.com which bascially is a scam site that claims you can buy/sell followers on twitter. I mean wtf

For starters who would be sad enough / stupid enough to buy followers not only is it against twitters TOS. it's a waste of money.

This spam seems very similar to the "sub4sub" scam that is going on in youtube that "Geoneiluk" has done a very entertaining and informative video clip about and both s(h)ites are hosted by the spammers dream host. known as godaddy. where their slogan is "we dont care what scam you pull we just want your money"

but this spam if rife on twitter and what is twitter doing about it.. fuck all it seems. is that report spam button broken or something because i have hit the report spam button on EVERY spammer who has pulled this crap on me on twitter. and they still haven't been kicked.  so if you do get them not only report the spammer who "favourite" your tweet but look at their followers/following list they have similar MO's with similar links that go to the same scam website and report them too. and Maybe Twitter will get off their lazy arses and do something about it.
